Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use this website, reserve a place at one of our events, or buy from our store. By doing any of those things you accept them. They are offered by The Spastic Children's Association of Selangor & Federal Territory.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Please tell us at info@scasft.org if you think someone else has access to it. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the site or other people.

Reservations

A reservation is confirmed only once payment has been completed, or once we confirm it for a free event. Unpaid reservations are released automatically when their hold expires.

We may have to change the date, venue or programme of an event, or cancel it. If that happens we will contact you using the details on your reservation and set out your options.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we take payment. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund it.

We take care over prices and descriptions, but if an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply it at that price.

Donations and proceeds

Proceeds from events and the store fund the Association's programmes for children with cerebral palsy. Payments for a reservation or an order are payments for those goods and services, not donations, and are not receipted as donations.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to accounts or data that are not yours, or use the site to send unlawful or abusive material.

Our content

The text, photographs and logo on this site belong to the Association or are used with permission. Please ask before reproducing them. Photographs of children are published with consent and must not be reused elsewhere.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
